Hey this week on GeeksWeekly we delve into the art of baby juicing! Here's some notes to what we cooked up for ya:
We hacked the Windows Recycle Bin to change its name:
1. Find HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT>CLSID>{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}
2. In the shellfolder (changes the shell extension) find attributes
3. Change the value from "40 01 00 20" to "70 01 00 20"
4. Also change the Callforattribute dword value to '0' (forgot to mention it on the show, hehe)
5. Refresh!
We tweaked Firefox 2 to get more baby juice!
1. Go to the address bar and key in "about:config" (without the quotes)
2. Key in "network.http" (without the quotes) in the filter bar
3. Change the following strings with the appropriate values
network.http.max-connections :48
network.http.max-connection-per-server: 32
network.http.max-persistent-connections-per-proxy: 8
network.http.max-persistent-connections-per-server: 32
network.http.pipelining: true
network.http.pipelining.maxrequests: 8
network.http.proxy.pipelining: true
5. Key in "ipv6" (without the quotes) in the filter bar
6. Change the boolean for "network.dns.diableipv6" to true.
7. Restart Firefox, and you should experience faster web browsing.

The four pronged component is a bridge rectifier and the three pronged one is a regulator. The Other two components are the standard resistors. Find the positive and negative wires with a multimeter. Connect everything to the wires mentioned and you're done! Stuff it all in a little box and enjoy free power!
