Putting an offline picture on dashboard using webclips
1. Find the picture of your choice in Finder.
2. Ctrl+Click (2 finger click or right click) on the file.
3. Open with other programs and choose Safari
4. In Safari, click on file, and select show on Dashboard.
5. Wallah! You have a picture in dashboard that you chose.

Getting Firefox 2 extensions to work on Firefox 3 Beta 3.
1. Type in "about:config" (without the quotation) into the address bar.
2. Create a new Boolean with these names and value:
3. extensions.checkCompatibility = False
4. extensions.checkUpdateSecurity = False
5. Restart Firefox 3.
