How to get an iTunes account in Malaysia:
1. Here are some links to generate iTunes Gift card code.

3. In iTunes, go to the iTunes store.
4. Click on Redeem Gift Card in the Quick Links section (top right)
5. Use the coupon code generated by page you chose.
6. Ignore the message when it says that the coupon is expired.
7. Click the Home button and click Sign in.
8. Create a new account with a valid US/UK address if you choose US/UK.
9. You'll get a message when you account has been created.
